Service at Our Shop
Come into our shop. We'll evaluate your equipment and give you our best estimate of what is required to get your power washer, steam cleaner, carpet extractor, or pressure washer pump back in safe working condition. Sometimes we find new problems once we fix old ones. Unfortunately, cleaning equipment manufacturers do not install on-board computers to give us codes on all problems you machine is having. So, once we fix an obvoius problem, we may find a secondary problem. When this happens we will give you a new estimate and let you know before we do the work. If we were not able to contact you at the time we found additional repairs necessary and made the decision to do additional work that goes beyond the estimate by more than 20%, you always have the option of having us take off the additional parts at no cost to you. We operate this way because most of our customers are cleaning professionals. So we assume that time is of the essence. Our first priority is safely fixing your machine as quickly as possible. Our second priority is to handle the repair as economically as possible. If you are more concerned about your pressure washer service cost, then just have that noted on your work order and we will gladly accomodate you in that regard. Our minimum charge to evaluate your equipment, whether or not work is done, is a $12 environmental charge and one hour of labor. We require this to be paid in advance unless you have a trade account with us. Our labor is charged at standard time, not actual time unless we are doing custom fabrications or the power washer is installed in a van or in a way that requires us to incur more labor time. So if it takes us 2 hours to do seals and valves on your pump and the standard is 1 hour, then you will only be charged for 1 hour.
Road Service
If you are not able to bring your machine into the shop or it's not convenient, we can come to you. We have service trucks operating in Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and throughout the Valley every day. We cannot schedule specific times, but we will give you our best estimate of when we will be at your location. Our minimum charge for a service call is a $12 environmental surcharge plus one hour of labor. We don't charge travel time unless you are outside the core Phoenix metropolitan area. Sometimes we may have to come back because we don't have a part on our truck. We keep them well inventoried, but this does happen. If it does, we do not charge for another trip. That's just the cost of doing business. Like our In-shop service, we charge standard hours, not actual hours. So if it takes us 5 hours to replace your coil and the standard is 3, then we only charge 3.
Chemical Delivery
We offer free delivery on drums in Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the greater Phoenix metropolitan areas. We have a large selection of liquid and dry degreasers and detergents. Call Walter at 602-768-3703 for a quote, or send Walter an email.
Scheduled Maintenance
We can save you money on repairs with a scheduled maintence plan. There is no committment on your part. No annual charge to be paid up front. And you can change the service schedule any time you want. Basically we manage regular maintenance for you. Because we are looking at your machine regularly, we can frequently find problems before they become expensive repairs.
Factory Warranties
We honor all factory warranties for equipment that we have sold. We will get you running and take care of the warranty paperwork with the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer, there may be a 90-day, 1 year, 2-year, 3-year, 5-year, or 7-year warranty for components. Wear items such as hoses, guns, nozzles, unloader valves, pump seals and check valves are excluded. Labor is never included in the warranty and is billable at standard time.
AAA Warranties
On new equipment, we extend the factory warranty for our customers for one full year parts and labor. Just bring the machine to us and we will get you back on the road. This warranty does not extend beyond the Phoenix metropolitan service area and does not cover wear items such as hoses, guns, nozzles, pump seals or check valves. Our repair work is warranted for 90 days parts and labor. If the same part fails in 90 days, we will replace it free of charge, including installation.

Parts Program
Our goal is to be able to service all the equipment we sell. We have an extensive local parts inventory, with multiple redundant suppliers to ensure that we can have your equipment up and running a quickly as possible.
